~ The jewelry here at Knots N Leather is custom made to order. Therefore it will take 1 - 3 days to prepare for shipping.
~ If a piece is one of a kind and can't be reproduced we will make a notation in the listing.
~ All of our items are shipped using USPS 1st Class postage. Please contact us if you need expedited shipping.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not absolutely satisfied with your order, please return for exchange or refund, you may return your order within 14 days. The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. Shipping & Handling charges will not be refunded and return postage fee will not be covered unless the item is damaged or broken due to our negligence. There are no refunds on a custom order. Please contact us prior to return.
